Michelle joined BC Davenport as a Senior Paralegal with 25 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Her areas of concentration are LIHTC “Year 15” Disputes, construction and real estate litigation, product liability, and shareholder disputes.

She has extensive experience in managing cases from inception to resolution and everything in between. She is well versed in all aspects of discovery, and typically spearhead the data collection, custodian interviews, document review and production, and deposition preparation.  She assists in all aspects of drafting and responding to written discovery, motion practice and trial preparation activities.  She has substantial trial and courtroom experience, including use of technology assisted presentation software. She brings a well-rounded and a broad spectrum of experience to support our team and clients.
